Run 1155, 14 June 2006 Hare: Lotsafun & NickleB Venue: Riversdale Hotel Hawthorn
One of few last runs of the year was set by NickleB in Hawthorn. He set a well planned run with lots of On-back which caught Shah, Whippet and Chris few times. The run was split to two in the middle to reduce the walkers track from 5km to 2.5km. But the arrows were quite small and difficult to see.
Dumb Bastard, Gerbils and Michiyo returned to the run and Chris (10), Dangerous (15) and Michiyo (15) had significant runs.
It appeared that there has been a new revolution in New York for a new reality show involving 10 cats playing a shop window. The show will be broadcast on internet. I just wonder who will be the big brother, cat or a dog!
Barterbitch, Mothball, Screwtop took the pussycat charges following the cat’s reality show revolution. GG was acting sergeant in Arms who was upset because of the Collingwood’s lost to Melbourne. Cheesecake deliberately wore her Melbourne jumper on her giant tits which took GG’s eye. Lethal was punished by GG for answering his mobile during the run, reminding him to buy milk by his miss. Michiyo represented Japanese fans in their loss to Soccoroos. The runners were happy to have Lotsa Fun with them but the pack was lost few times specially in Swinburne University Campus. GG reviewed the history of Ned Kelly Hash when the hash was abundant because Dumb Bastard didn’t finish the run. GG was worried about the grog supply struggled to charge people after the grog arrived. Meanwhile, it was announced that the reason behind Chris choosing Lakeside as hash home compare to Western Suburbs is his concerns regarding getting a bad name from western suburbs. Whippet, grog master in Alice’s birthday party, charged Klingon for Add On’s birthday party and Pointy got a well deserved low profile.
At the end of the circle, GG wondering around and encouraging all bear drinkers to finish off the grog before Lethal brought back the memories of Melbourne’s win over Collingwood.
