I think Pregnant Pose is best name for Pregnant Pose! I will discuss why later. Myself, Tangles and Sooty gathered in the pub across to the Pregnant Pose’s house where we ordered our dinner before Pregnant Pose announcement upon her arrival. She told us that she has become Australian Citizen two days ago which was too late for Tangles to object. While we were gathering between the pub and the house, Tiger Moth and Mothball, just landed from Interhash in Thailand arrived with the news of Perth‘s victory to secure Interhash 2008. Before Hash House Terrier, Pregnant Pose‘s restless dog, goes over everybody, we started the run. After few checks and on-backs across the main roads, we survived crossing the street in Carlton’s rush hour and lost the trail at the cemetery. We gathered in Melbourne University and decided to go directly to the Carlton Inn pub, the drink stop. Mr. Bean, who cycled to the pub, was overwhelmed with the hash’s pocket money and ordered four different bears from Pregnant Pose‘s credit card. Mr. Bean made lots of friends in the pub to drink all that beer. After the drink stop everybody walked back to the Pregnant Pose’s house in different packs. The walk was the beginning of a cool night where Pregnant Pose and Mr. Bean posed their asses and tits to entertain the bored hashers and confused visitors.
Pointy gave Mr. and Mrs. Bean 41.5 from 45 for their run while Sharkey, Abba and Mother Teresa were our visitors. Prince (191), Shah (101), Sharkey (1), Hash House Terrier (11) had significant runs while Pregnant Pose forced Hash House Terrier to drink beer when he charged. Luckily there wasn’t any animal welfare activist between us to witness the charge. Klingon had a good success in selling T-shirts while Cheesecake and Mr. Bean got down downs for not wearing hash gear.
Abba from Sweden visited IKEA in Richmond as his first step in the tour of Melbourne with Mother Teresa while Udder returned Sharkey’s run with Lakeside by running in New Zealand in his last visit to the Kiwis Island. Mr. Bean then reminded us of Pregnant Pose’s experience to burn the launch and Tigermoth brought back the last week charge against Dangerous for her bladder problem. Then Pregnant Pose explained her enormous pressure to the immigration officers to give her Australian residency before her departure for Israel in two weeks.
I didn’t get this charge but it appeared that some fellow fell off his bike but Mothball, Shah, Sharkey, Klingon and Prince denied it and didn’t say Ouch! Shah, Sooty and Tangles were accused of neglecting other hashers to have their dinner at the pub. Meanwhile Prince was bored and Sooty, Dangerous and Tangles got low profiles.
