Run 1178, 29 November 2006 Hare: E&B Venue: 115 Buckingham St, Richmond – St Andrew’s day run

wHat a run! It was well set, had music, brought together a good crowd and had yummy haggis to offer. Lotsa Fun invited Yin family from Malaysia, Yin, Win, Even, Way and Kate who gave extra edge to the run.

Dangerous’ family, Lexie and Mia came back for another run while Andrew, virgin runner, Stew Cut and Jockette couldn’t miss St Andrew carnival at E&B‘s place. Slowly regular Lakesiders got together in E&B‘s back yard to find out that they don’t know majority of runners. Andrew meanwhile, told his story to Shah and Twisted Sister how he was encouraged by a member of Perth Hash to try running with a hash club. He made his point clear by dropping a bottle beer before Evan and Toto who dropped by their annual visit to E&B and Cooch‘s Buckingham Palace.

We headed toward the Yarra after a full introduction by E&B. after few up and downs the hill and alongside the bush tracks of Yarra, Mia ahead of b and rest of the pack followed the pipe music toward the Yarra Bend Park where runners faced their competitors, fit and quick bike riders setting their time. After few checks, pack ended up in the Kew where Cooch took charge of the lost pack and brought all back home.

Mommies Boy (280), Twisted Sister (30) and Tiger Moth (88) had significant runs before Cheesecake charged Mommies Boy first for the article in the paper of St Kilda club. Twisted Sister took second charge for the gorgeous girl in The Age. Mommies Boy responded with his research in the female dominance hash community. Yin appeared to make too much trouble for Mothball, getting lost in the Yarra neglecting Mothball’s calls. Upper Class Tart claimed to have a Scottish heritage while GG charged Dangerous for failing her duty and letting Mia to run in front. Lexie also followed her to have whole family charged. Udder found that Lakeside finally has got a hasher from Luxembourg, Two Bottom.

Shingles appeared at the end of the circle to witness alcohol abuse charge to Andrew and Mommies Boy revealed that Astro has managed to clean up Las Vegas from mafia. This revelation followed by Crabbo confessing to hate Scots and Tigermoth taking the longest charge while Mothball’s Scottish dress was split up.
