Run 1220, 15 August 2007 Hare: Codpiece Venue: Southside Restaurant & Bar. 215 Sturt St, Southbank.

It was a small but perfectly formed pack which took off, tasked with the task of counting the broffels (firewall auto detection spelling). Codpiece said she googled the broffels but we know she’s spending her long service leave more creatively. Has she told you she’s on long service leave? Miss Codpiece is usually a teacher at Melb Girls High, doling out corporal punishment to the naughty ones. Talk about transferable skills!!

E&B arrived late with only 45 cents in her pocket. She borrowed $20 from Hash Cash, but instead of investing it wisely on the ASX and turning it into $10, she turned it into red wine. In the spirit of the evening’s theme and E&B’s pocket, once upon a time there were 2 working girls at an army camp, an old girl and a young, inexperienced girl. The old girl said to the youngie “You start at one end of the camp and I’ll start at the other and when we meet, we’ll divvy up the proceeds.” So they did and when it came to the divvy up, the young one hands over $200 and 50 cents. “Who was the so and so who only gave you 50 cents?” asked the old one. “They all did” said the young one.

Cooch had the choice of staying home and studying up for his finance course on Friday, or coming to hash and counting the broffels. He stayed home!!

Barterbi**, that sad refugee from Western Suburbs and Melb Mens, came to spy on Lakeside, to see how a really well run hash full of athletic intellectuals operates. She’s looking very Yarraville in her post modern, minimalist face furniture.

On home – the $13 parma and wine deal was excellent – fantastic parma.

Naturally when it came to circle time, Codpiece got hammered. She’s got a timing problem. The TV news on Thur was all about using shop-a-dockets at the The Pink Palace in Palmerston Cres. Really annoying because lots of creative charges have now gone begging. Pity E&B didn’t know earlier about the ATM at Madame Leona.
