A really excellent run. Just the right length, well marked, drink stop, some shiggy, some sand, intelligently set, fun and challenging for the pack. So far, the best run of the financial year. Trouble is, the pack didn’t follow the trail in its entirety and that is the fault of the pack, not of the hare or the trail, both of which were extremely above average. No, the pack thought they would short cut the bit to Sandy Beach, a decision instigated by IBM who had cuts well and truly on the brain. (On his brain on Wed, but pretty sure by Fri he’s refocused to his nether regions). Yes, on Fri IBM was off to the vet for desexing. No more twins.
Pack collected groceries on a run through Hampton Safeway. While standing above on Hampton cliffs, me and walkers got sadistic satisfaction watching the pack scrambling around trying to find trail on the beach below. Had them running around through the Sandringham bush until they found the drink stop.
Klingon, senate candidate for the Secular Party, is busy campaigning and is so confident of winning a seat and moving to Canberra that he’s booked a trip to the Middle East a week after the poll.

Charges *Mad Dog for helping with the BBQ. *IBM, Udder, Pointy, LotsaFun for being English boat people (not sure how Lotsa got in there) *TigerMoth for imbibing in nitrous oxide *IBM for being cut *Prince for being up on 94 fraud charges according to the Herald Sun last week. *Cheesecake for reading the Herald/Sun (I didn’t, I get it for the pictures). *LotsaFun for heating NicklBy’s dinner on the BBQ heater. *Mad Dog for not doing Cheesecake’s ironing. *Klingon for believing in the god of the gas BBQ heater?? *Klingon for lying like a politician. *Cooch for wearing E&B’s old hat and looking better than her in it. *Mad Dog for getting confused between TigerMoth and MothBall (Mothball is the one who offers lots of constructive criticism). Someone got charged for confusing New EWlection (New Direction? ed.) with nude erection, probably Klingon. IBM shared the following: Allegedly LotsaFun asked Klingon “Why does the Aus$ go up and down?” “Fluctuations” replied Klingon. “Well fluc you Australians too” retorted Lotsa.
