Run 1517, 3 October 2012 Hare: klingon Venue: Elephant and Wheelbarrow Hotel, St Kilda
A strident dash around and through the general populous of St Kilda as they strolled and gasped and sucked in a breath of warm spring air. Restaurants seemed to have sprung up on every street corner! The streets were awash with tables littered with food and drink and hungry locals! The OnOn was up Princes St then we headed towards Grey and Barkley then Mitford for a welcome drink stop in Klingons backyard to view his attic renovations and sample his home brew. Pronounced a good un by all. Alice entertained us step by step guide as to how to make it then we were off to Luna Park and along the sea front for the dash home along Fitzroy street. Or so we thought. Trail looped down to THE LAKE but only Cooch found that. Plenty of little chalk arrows, plenty of sight seeing, the run was given a well deserved 17 out of 21 by Kaffer. Returnees Gringa and Tricky, Icy, Addon and Flashon were welcomed back and visitors Driplip, Severed Member, Seven ladies Licking and Poop were given a drink. Charges Those SCBs who didnt go down to THE LAKE – Prince, E & B, Lu Bang and Flem. Flem for alcohol abuse Stang-in Sergeant for not bringing the run book Pocket billiards charges to Lu Bang Playing with mobiles in the circle – IWM & E & B Any Hawthorn supporter brave enough to turn up to the run (Lu Bang) Tricky for paying his subs then disappearing.
