The Run

By Mother Brown – Very good Run, it improved as it went along a
challenging area at the start, but then it moved on running under the raised
sections of the freeway and bridges. The trail crossed the Yarra to North
Wharf where the Pack spread out eventually crossing the river back to
Southbank, where we did not have a drink stop and spread out even more!

Score – 79/88

The Walk

By Pegmatite – Very nice flat trail, full points for being flat.
The walkers broke up into several groups some followed the well marked
trail (and did 5.7 km.), others broke off to follow the Runners, while some
added an extra loop of their own. We did notice the relaxed diners with
luscious drinks at the Southbank restaurants and somebody said that Harpo
must be thirsty. There were some dangerous traffic crossings. Harpo still
tried to drag me into the traffic, not having learnt from his previous
effort.

Score – 80/88

Mystery Sergeant: Quick Lay

Charges from the Floor

  • Cooch – jaywalked trying to get squashed by a tram.
  • Cod Piece – taking photos with an i-pad instead of her flash camera on the table.
  • Mothball – forgot he’d paid his membership fees, then tried to pay the Treasurer for a second time recently and tonight he attempted to pay her for
    the third time.
  • Cindy – Competitive running. First time Runner keeping up with the FRB’s.
  • Sweaty Box and Aristokat – stole Swamp Rat’s thunder.
  • Jack In The Box – If one box drinks ………….
  • Cooch – can’t remember the charge, but probably for being a wonderful G.M.
  • Big Ears – not caught jaywalking this evening.
  • Hooray C O – dubbed Surfer Girl by one of the Staff
  • Kokup – not knowing who the Stand In Sergeant was.
  • Cooch – called Mother Brown “Father Brown”
  • Mother Brown – sang a hash version of Knees Up Mother Brown and explained he’d been named Mother Brown by some wit, due to requiring knee surgery. (Well at least it wasn’t “Dicky Knee”)
  • Cooch – Hoochie Coochie Man
  • Big Ears – Cooch, not Hooch
  • Punch – coming in before 2 Bottoms
  • Klingon – says you can buy it in the Sex Shop, so why was he in there?
  • Mothball – obstructing the footpath with his bike
  • Jack In The Box and Widha – got lost so were late to the Run. Klingon gave excellent instructions for rejoining the Walkers. Even so, they got lost again and arrived back from the walk late once more.
  • Big Ears – Asked if any of the girls wished to shower in his van.
  • Klingon – taking the trail past a sleeping bag with lingerie on display
