Run 1198, 21 March 2007 Hare: Klingon Venue: Albert Park Lake BBQs

What an atmosphere and less a run. As we were approaching Albert Park, plenty of athletes in their jersey came out of Melbourne Aquatic Centre finishing their dive or leaving the water polo game. We got together for a rare photo opportunity taken by informally appointed Hash Flash, Codpiece.

After the photo, Klingon gave a full speech of the significance of the run. Indeed it was Lakeside 22nd anniversary though GG had different opinion as he always does. Klingon also talked about his latest cooking adventure to be revealed. Before getting to Klingon’s cooking we left the venue, leaving Tigermoth back while Klingon was heading home to chase the food.

After an On Back alongside the lake, we ended up in a dilemma. Where does the run go? Not into the aquatic centre. We didn’t mind to sneak in, though we didn’t have any ticket.

Rolf Harris jumped out of the aquatic centre in her World swimming Championship gear to put us back on the track. As we were enjoying the Albert Park Lake, we left the water for our mini honoree run of Grand Prix. Shah and Cheesecake witness all the wastes left behind and money spent for three days events event before loosing Whippet in a long check. We ran to the beach next where almost all neglected Klingon’s On Back and went home which took him with surprise as he hadn’t considered our early return into his dinner preparation.

Plunger and E&B gave us a short visit after the run while Klingon arrived with a big pot of pasta comprising an antic pot containing the sauce. Klingon forgetting to bring the veggie sauce was asking everybody to have more, but we couldn’t finish more than half of the pot. At the beginning of circle, Shah gave a full story of all excitement he witnessed in the run and gave it 52.5 from 53 for the good food which he took some for his launch the day after.

Swampy from Essex on move to Cambridge Hash was our visitor while we all celebrated E&B’s 7’th wedding anniversary. This also coincided with Lakeside’s 22nd anniversary which was obvious from the run numbers, Pointy 565, NickelB 220, and Lotsa Fun 222. Cheesecake was after Cooch to blame him for poisoning Melbourne Water’s employees with recycled water, but she charged Shah instead as Cooch was still crook following his ski trip to Japan. Klingon charged E&B, GG and Prince for their math expertise resulted in celebrating Lakeside’s 22nd birthday while Klingon wore the T-shirt of Lakeside 20’th birthday in 2004. Pointy was next to drank the last soda’s in the skies which Whippet left for Sooty to blame next week when he is after his soda.

There was also a moment of evidence where Udder and GG went to leak together before the run despite Udder telling everybody that women always go together to bathroom. Shah and Swampy took the next down downs for wearing orange in Saint Patrick Day. Finally, Klingon took the blame on behalf of Chicko dumping a blacky next to GG while he was leaking.
